Zips in back with little hooks for the bow. Modern Sizing: I'm estimating between a 0 - 2. For reference, my dress size is typically XS/S or a 2. My chest is a 32A and I felt like there was still room. My waist (24-25 inches) fits comfortably, still some breathing room.
